These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Nyatusah's Website and working with Godwin Nyatusah on website building projects. By submitting an inquiry or engaging my services you agree to these terms in full.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Nyatusah if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

My Services:

I build websites for small to medium-sized businesses. All websites are built on the Hostinger platform and delivered to an agreed specification discussed before the project begins.

Inquiries and Consultations:

Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee a consultation or engagement. I review every inquiry and only send a consultation booking link to those I believe I can genuinely help. The consultation is free and carries no obligation.

Project Agreement:

Before any work begins we will agree on the following in writing via a proposal form:

The website package selected
The scope of work and number of pages
The total price
The expected delivery timeline
Any content or assets you are responsible for providing

Work begins only after this agreement is confirmed.

Your Responsibilities:

To deliver your website on time I need the following from you:

Your business name, logo and brand colors
Written content for each page or clear guidance on what to include
Photos or images you want used on the website
Timely feedback and responses during the review stage

Delays in providing these materials may result in delays to your delivery timeline. I am not responsible for delays caused by late content submissions.

Payment Terms

I operate on a satisfaction-first basis. You do not pay until you have reviewed the completed website and are fully satisfied with it.

Payment is due in full upon your approval of the final website. Once payment is received, the website is published and goes live.

Accepted payment methods will be agreed between both parties before the project begins.

Delivery Timeline:

I commit to the delivery timelines stated for each package. These timelines begin from the date all required content and assets have been received from you not from the date of project agreement.

Intellectual Property:

I retain the right to display your completed website in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel a project after work has began please notify me in writing via email. Cancellations are handled as follows:

Cancelled before work begins: no charge
Cancelled after work has began but before delivery: a fee proportional to the work completed will apply
Cancelled after delivery and approval: full payment is due

Limitation of Liability:

I build websites to the best of my ability and to the agreed specification. However I cannot guarantee specific business results such as increased sales, traffic or search engine rankings from the website alone.

My total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have paid me for the project in question.

Changes to These Terms:

I may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on https://nyatusah.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued engagement with my services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
